Globe Removals

Best I have had to date by a mile!
I have moved so many times in my life and I promise you, these guys are the only ones I will be using from now on. In the past all removals used to be booked through my work, as they are the ones paying, therefor they selecting. This time I have insisted on doing it myself and my god I'm so happy I did, as that's how I came across Andy and Globe Removals - from start to finish Andy and his team were amazing and I mean it A M A Z I N G!
I moved from Germany back to UK and even that I was in Germany, obviously he wasn't able to come around for inspection, but he went with fine toothbrush through my house on the phone and then again confirming everything in detail via email.
I took there pack and move service - packed 3 bed house in half a day :D Same amount when I moved to Germany took another removal company a day and a half. They have loaded the following day and my belongings were delivered in London within 24h - and again wow, same crew came in London to unload and unpack all my belongings. Really Really impressed with these guys, well done. My next move is already scheduled end of 2017 and I have already been in touch with Andy organising the logistics, he is and absolute gem in my eyes. Thank You so much!

The guys arrived a little late, getting stuck in traffic, but when they arrived they started work straight away, packing up my kitchen items then moving boxes and furniture to the truck.
They were happy to take some extra items that I thought I'd have to take myself and suggested I pack some things a certain way so they could take them.
They arrived in Bristol in good time, before me and commenced unloading the truck, placing items in the appropriate rooms and reassembled my bed and put feet on a couch all before I arrived.
Throughout the move, the guys were very polite and helpful. A company I would recommend moving with.

This removal firm turned our move to Ireland into a complete fiasco. Avoid them.
They are not a registered company.
Andy Brick failed to deliver our items to the address agreed but took full prepayment for the job. He has since been has since been incontactable and we have no apology or explanation. Globe Removals did not deliver the service discussed and promised. Through poor management Andy Brick also put his subcontracted employee(s) in an awkward situation and compromised them.
We have used many removals companies before through our business in the film industry and these are the most unreliable, with no customer support or follow up. Somebody else's property was mixed in our load when we retrieved it, of which Andy Brick is aware - yet he is still incontactable which is evidence of further irresponsible treatment and lack of care.

Priceless jewellery missing, also miscellaneous items like dvd player, TV stand, towel rail. Ornaments damaged, glass in pictures broken. Breakables not packaged well at all. Also numerous wheels missing from bottom of furniture making them unstable. When trying to find out why the jewellery was missing (£4500 worth but priceless sentimentaly) the company owner (Andy) basically accuses us of losing it and brushes us off saying jewellery isn't insured with him! Threatens to send the boys round so that we can accuse them of taking it to their face?!. Have had to report this officially with police as cannot get a resolution from them.
